In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the naga54 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. naga54 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. If naga54 discovers that a Member is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play void and non-payable.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal right to use online betting services before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a court order restricting their legal capacity may not register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by naga54 or any recognised responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or during your active membership.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.

To access the full range of services on the naga54 Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following obligations apply:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. naga54 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify naga54 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Contact Details: You must keep your contact information current at all times. naga54 relies on your registered email address and mobile number for account notifications, security alerts, and transaction confirmations.
• KYC Verification: naga54 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Members are required to submit verified identity documentation before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid KTP, passport, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot showing the account holder's name matching the naga54 Account).
• No Third-Party Accounts: You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow a third party to use your Account for any purpose whatsoever.

All financial transactions on the naga54 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). naga54 supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods to ensure seamless banking for Indonesian Members.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified Members. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by naga54's finance team.
• naga54 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC review.
• naga54 charges zero withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
• naga54 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal above Rp 50.000.000 or where the transaction is flagged by the platform's anti-fraud system.
• Funds deposited to an Account but not used in any wager may be subject to a standard identity verification check before withdrawal, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.

naga54 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("turnover"), which must be completed before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotional offer page.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per Member, per household IP address, and per device. naga54 reserves the right to void bonuses where abuse is suspected.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, live casino games, and slot titles may carry different contribution percentages as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rp 100.000 unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus period may be voided.
• naga54's Discretion: naga54 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will not be adversely affected by that withdrawal.

All bets and game rounds placed through the naga54 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Domino QQ, Capsa Susun) are published separately within each product section of the Platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the naga54 system and a unique transaction reference has been issued. Bets placed during system errors or technical disruptions may be voided at naga54's discretion.
• Odds and Pricing: All sportsbook odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. naga54 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds line at any given time.
• Void Bets: naga54 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a clearly erroneous price or market, on an event that did not take place as scheduled, or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the Member's balance in full.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-transaction payout cap applies per product category and is displayed within the relevant product rules. Winnings exceeding the cap will be paid at the cap amount.
• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games, slots, Domino QQ, and Capsa Susun titles on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Results are provably fair and are not subject to manipulation by naga54 or any third party.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a connection interruption during a live game round or in-play bet, naga54 will resolve the bet or game round in accordance with the outcome recorded on the game server at the time of disconnection. naga54 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to the Member's own connectivity issues.

Members must not engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform, other Members, or the fairness of any game or sporting event. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, interact with games, or scrape data from the Platform without prior written consent from naga54.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Members' Accounts or to naga54's back-end systems, servers, or databases.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members in card games, poker variants, or any other game where collaborative play confers an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any transaction that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Providing false identity documentation during the KYC process or misrepresenting your age, residency, or legal capacity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported to naga54 immediately and will be voided if not reported.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward naga54 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

naga54 employs dedicated fraud detection and risk management teams who monitor the Platform continuously. Accounts found to be in violation of these prohibitions will be suspended immediately, all funds under investigation may be frozen pending review, and naga54 reserves the right to report findings to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the naga54 Platform — including but not limited to the naga54 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of naga54 or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from naga54.
• Game titles and studio assets (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) are the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers and are used by naga54 under licence.

naga54 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in that document.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
• naga54 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• All data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and access-controlled systems. naga54 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures commensurate with the risk profile of the data processed.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. naga54 will respond within thirty (30) calendar days of a verified request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, naga54 expressly limits its liability as follows:

• No Guarantee of Winnings: naga54 does not guarantee that any Member will win, profit, or receive any return on wagers placed. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and Members participate entirely at their own risk.
• Service Availability: naga54 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. naga54 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Third-Party Games: naga54 accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect results produced by third-party game software. Any disputes arising from third-party games will be referred to the relevant game provider for resolution.
• Force Majeure: naga54 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting directly or indirectly from a Force Majeure event.
• Indirect Losses: Under no circumstances shall naga54 be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

naga54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct clauses.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools.
• Inactivity — Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 25.000 per month, deducted from any remaining balance.

Upon Account termination, any verified real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC checks.

naga54 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, naga54 will notify Members via the registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the naga54 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applied by naga54's licensing jurisdiction.

• Initial Resolution: In the event of a dispute, Members must first contact naga54's customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. naga54 will investigate and respond within fourteen (14) calendar days.
• Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction following naga54's response, the Member may escalate the matter to naga54's licensing body for independent review, in accordance with the procedures established by that body.
• Indonesian Members: While naga54 operates under an international licence, the platform acknowledges that its primary user base is located in Indonesia. Indonesian-speaking support agents are available 24/7 and are authorised to assist with dispute resolution in Bahasa Indonesia where preferred by the Member.
• Limitation Period: Any claim against naga54 must be submitted within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted outside this period will not be considered.
